25” English Poured Wax, circa 1880, unmarked, blue set glass eyes, original and very long inserted wig (some thin areas but overall unusually thick and lush especially for an antique wax doll), original cloth body with original poured wax lower limbs, all wax (head & limbs) has same matching pink tinting, wearing antique (possibly original) underclothes along with an antique white dress and bonnet, from a private NY collection $5,250

Rare Poured Wax Figure, unknown origin, 19th or 20th century (exact age unknown),
depicts a young woman carrying a basket of miniature pumpkins in her hands and
carrying a woven basket on her back filled with huge heads of lettuce, attached
to original wooden base, possibly from South America, a document that came with
this dolls and others from the same collection describes craftsmen from the Rio
Grande who were making life-like brown wax villager figures during the early 20th
century, and although the document does not picture this exact figure, it does
show similar ones, and may shed light on the origins of this unique and wonderful
piece $2,750.

½" All-Original Wax-Over-Composition Child Doll, German, very
unusual variation of a "slit-head" wax featuring brown paperweight eyes,
closed mouth, slit along part line where original blond human hair wig strands
are inserted, original (unusual Milliner's Model type body with wooden lower limbs,
mint original clothes, from a NJ estate $1,950.

25” English Poured Wax with Sleep Eyes, circa 1890-1900’s, retaining original stamp on body which partially reads “Dolls Repaired”, attributed to Lucy Peck (either made by Peck or worked on and stamped by Peck in her early 20th century doll hospital), rare blue glass eyes with waxed eyelids which open and close using a wire eye mechanism, original (sparse) inserted blond hair, back of head is somewhat indented in one place, original cloth body with poured wax limbs, one lower leg is also slightly misshapen (possibly from past heat exposure), wearing antique clothing $3,250
19" Reinforced Wax

19" Reinforced Wax, English, circa 1850-1860,
this is a rare-to-find wax doll variation, the head and limbs are made of poured
wax which has been originally reinforced with a thin layer (presumed to be plaster),
retains its original inserted long brown human hair wig (inserted hair is typical
of poured waxes) and even inserted brown human hair eyebrows, but exhibiting crazing
typical of wax-overs & reinforced wax dolls, blue set glass eyes, original
cloth body, great reinforced wax limbs with beautiful flat feet, clothing is antique
& possibly original, from a private collection $2,450.

16 ½” Schoenhut Toddler & 19 ½” Schoenhut “Miss Dolly” in Original Clothes, these dolls are priced separately but come from the same estate and each retain matching original clothes, we would love to keep them together, they were originally owned by Myrtle Wallace Boakes originally of Collingswood, NJ and later of Woodbury & Ocean City, NJ (1918-2005), these were aquired through Myrtle’s daughter Lauran Yates of VA, the toddler is in rougher condition with some paint loss on her face and has a replaced synthetic wig, however she retains her original, impossible-to-find Schoenhut shoe with grommets in soles, the Miss Dolly has brown painted eyes and retains her original light brown mohair wig, her shoes have been replaced but she has her original label, Toddler $595- SOLD, Miss Dolly $895
